Warm and spacious 2 bedroom, downstairs apartment

Beautiful family friendly apartment with incredible lake views. Positive: Spacious rooms. Quiet area. Incredible landscape views.

Clean and comfortable but scary amount of rules Positive: Quiet and clean, nice garden but in residential area so need car Negative: When I read the book left in room I got nervous as it says even if a glass is broken you need to replace it and can be billed up to 40 days for any damage seemed done by you. I was wary writing a review, due to past responses I’ve had by the host when honesty isn’t liked, but when the rules say to remove rubbish, strip beds and put all used linen in a pile it takes away from feeling on holiday . We are paying good money to sleep there and being late 50s not prone to making a mess. The host did bring milk when I messaged asking which was kind. The brochures in the info booklet are old as couple restaurants I tried to book based on the I formation in it were not even operating now. Important to international visitors to have up to date local information.

Positive: Very lovely back yard, well kept appearance, friendly owners Negative: Our biggest issue was despite being charged a cleaning fee we were instructed to strip our own beds and take our trash to an offsite location. I certainly understand reasonable cleanup and tidy up, but thought the instructions went too far. Our second biggest issue was that the unit did not come with a washing machine despite the listing saying so.

Great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Spacious apartment with everything you need Positive: Very spacious, had everything we needed, appreciated being able to do washing! Lovely outside space and outlook. Quiet area. Negative: The comms could be improved. One side of the master bed electric blanket not working - pleased it wasn't winter!
