Positive: Everything. This place is great and full of amenities.
Negative: The kitchen, living room and the master bedroom all have large glass doors open to the deck, and are exposed to the sun. Even with the curtains closed it got very hot in the afternoon but the air conditioning works only in the kitchen and the dining room next to it. There is no air-conditioning in all the bedrooms.
